A Participant Personal Office can be blocked for many reasons, it could be that the time for the order expired, it could be that he/she uploaded a fake proof of payment(in some cases fake proof of payment results to permanent blocking), or it could also be that he refuse to make payment second time within the period of 30 days.
What ever is the reason for your account been blocked, you can write to support to unblock your account. To do that just follow the steps below
STEPS TO WRITE MMM SUPPORT TO UNBLOCK PERSONAL OFFICE
Lists of Question Subject to select from NOTE: Select a question subject that best describes your problem
1. Go to the support tab at the top right
2. Create a new ticket
3. Select the correct Question Subject
4. Type in an Appropriate Title
5. Write your experience that led to your account been blocked
6. Browse and select picture file(Optional, select when it is appropriate)
Below is an example of an MMM account blocked because of delay of confirmation of fund received.

It is very important to know that an MMM account can only be unblocked three times(3 times). The fourth time the account is permanently blocked and won’t be unblocked by the MMM admin.
Stay safe and avoid your personal account been blocked as it takes approximately 24 to 48 hours for your account to be unblocked.
