How To Resolve Moratorium Issues in MMM

The information and steps below is suggested by a Guider on how to go about delay in GH requests. But it is also important to note that the actions of participants also affect the GH request. So stop the cancelation of already matured PH orders to keep the system healthy. 

Note: Carry out this procedure only if you have requested to Get Help for more than 48 hours and you were not matched. MMM usually match its Participants within 48hours.


DELAY IN REQUEST TO GET HELP

I requested to Get Help, but its delaying, what do I do?
How to first report Delay in Getting Help to Support.
1. Log into your MMM Personal office (PO)
2. Click on Support, then click CREATE to open a ticket like this:
3. Excase: PROBLEMS WITH THE CREATION OF THE WITHDRAWAL ORDERS.
4. Title: I REQUESTED TO GET HELP AND AM NOT GETTING MATCHED.
5. Your message: Share your experience or story
6. Browse: Upload any relevant document of screenshot (only if necessary)
7. Click Save to submit ticket.

Note:
After this, you will get response from Support/CRO, follow their instructions and wait (waiting may take up to 48 hours, depending on their workload).

If you have been placed on Temporary Moratorium, they will tell you.
